Chloe Fung, Research Fellow

Chloe Fung, Research Fellow, is a researcher with a particular interest in data analysis and visualisation to advance rights protection and transparency. Previously, she was part of the first research project studying immigration detention in Hong Kong (2020 – 2023), during which time she spearheaded data gathering and built the first online data repository on the topic. She has a background in legal and policy research on refugee status determination procedures, right to work, and resettlement in East Asia.
